Sauvignon Blanc 2021 750ml

The grapes were harvested according to flavour and skin ripeness to express the purity of fruit flavours from our vineyard. The majority of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks. 25% was fermented in aged oak barriques and another on skins for aromatic spice and texture. The combination gives a classic Urlar style – full bodied style with spiced honey floral notes and touches of guava, passion fruit and elderflower in a long dry finish.
