Viognier 2023 750ml

Viognier grapes were hand-harvested with a portion being gently whole bunch pressed and put to aged barrels for fermentation with a selection of different yeast strains. We fermented 30% on skins with indigenous yeast to bring aromatic lift and add texture to the wine. Pure white florals and refreshing mandarin skin with a hint of Turkish delight. A delicate wine with purity displaying linear flow. Citrus gives pleasing freshness in a dry yet soft finish.
