Fresh, effervescent, pure, delicate summer fruits, this is a dry sparkling wine.
Two thirds Pinot Noir grapes and one third Riesling were handpicked from the clay hillside of our Damsteep vineyard, co fermented and bottled while fermenting, then disgorged 6 months later.
