Tasting Notes: Delicate aromas of red berries, cherries, and subtle earthy tones, balanced with fine tannins. The bright, fruitful palate is both vibrant and gentle, offering an alluring flavour profile that is further enhanced by lovely fresh acidity.
Winemaking: Made from hand-harvested grapes from French Peak Vineyard, Banks Peninsula.
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
ABV: 13%
Vegan friendly and farmed using organic principles.
Drink now or cellar for 3-5 years to develop even more complexity.
