Introducing our French Peak 2025 Pinot Gris, which exudes aromatics of apricot jam, citrus marmalade and baked peach sponge cake. Fermented in large format French oak, it shows off its creamy, rounded mouthfeel to full extent, with subtle leesy complexity and flush ripe fruits. Pithy citrus phenolics deliver taughtness in a rich but dry style.

It's delightfully fruited and elegantly fragrant on the nose with aromas of rock melon, Asian pear, Gala apple and white flower. The palate displays juicy fruit intensity, fleshy texture and fine acidity, making it refreshing and fabuloulsy drinkable. At its best: now to 2029.
