Reserve Dry Riesling 2022 750ml

Exceptional Riesling Juice was split equally with 50% fermented in stainless steel tanks to 0% Residual Sugar and 50% fermented in barrels and left to ferment naturally down to around 8 – 10 grams Residual Sugar. 

The two wine parcels were then blended to make this very well balanced Dry Riesling exhibiting bright flavours and elegant acidity with depth and complexity.
