Classic Chardonnay 2021 750ml

A punchy style Gisborne Chardonnay with spicy, lightly toasted aromas which open to flavours of yellow fleshed peach and ripe citrus supplemented by nutty oak. Layered with generous warm fruit which is beautifully balanced with fine acidity. The finish has persistent length and complexity from the wild fermentation and extended aging in French barriques on full yeast lees. Beautiful served with fresh snapper and a squeeze of lemon.
