Marlborough Riesling 2021 750ml

Our 2021 Marlborough Riesling is sourced from a vineyard in the Wairau Valley. The wines from this vineyard have won a number of gold medals and trophies over the years. This year we immediately separated out the free run part of the juice, then fined the pressings to add a certain textural character to the wine. The two components were then tank fermented together using a yeast that has proven to work wonderfully well under New Zealand conditions. We have left a small amount of residual sugar in the wine to produce an off-dry style.
