Very pale pink. A seriously savoury, dry rosé with manuka smoke, earthy spice and light plum juice flavours which soak through the velvet-textured light-bodied palate. A very fine framework of tannin provides the grain while just enough balancing acidity adds crispness and lift to the finish, allowing the wine to float elegantly above its structure. A food-friendly wine which is currently a little closed, this will unfurl and gain more flesh in bottle over the coming months 91/100 18 Dec 2025
