If you’ve visited Soljans Estate Winery and taken part in one of our guided tours, you’ll have experienced a curated tasting that showcases the depth and character of our wines. This includes our Legacy Méthode Traditionnelle, a sparkling wine crafted using the traditional bottle fermentation method, offering fine bubbles and elegant complexity. You’ll also have enjoyed our crisp Sauvignon Blanc, alongside our delicate Pinot Gris—an off-dry style with crisp nashi pear and Granny Smith apple on the nose, unfolding into peach and apple crumble flavours with a soft, refined finish.

Our medium-bodied Syrah presents lovely floral aromas, leading into rich blueberry and plum on the palate, complemented by notes of rose, thyme, and spice. The tasting concludes with our historic Tawny Port, blended in a Solera style from old French oak barriques and our 70-year-old Totara barrels. This process creates a deeply layered wine with flavours of sultana, caramelised figs, butterscotch, and spice, finishing sweet, creamy, and smooth with a long, lingering richness.
