Our Cumulus Méthode Traditionelle Blanc de Blanc with zero dosage, is a return to natural authenticity. The hand harvested grapes from our clone 6 Chardonnay planted in 1991 are whole bunch pressed. This Chardonnay clone has been specifically selected for its citrus freshness and light elegant structure on the palate. Cumulus exhibits a fine and persistent bead with creamy brioche aromas from time on yeast lees in the bottle and is elegantly dry in style.
