This is a smoky, earthy gamay number with incense, sandalwood and smoke notes as well as notes of red roses. The Gamay is light and delicate on the palate and is great lightly chilled. Fresh strawberries, raspberries and redcurrants on the nose and the palate with some whole bunch character from the carbonic maceration. It works well on its own for apéro or with charcuterie, cheeses and grilled fish.
