Back Block Syrah 2022 750ml

Tasting Note: The ‘Back Block’ Syrah has proven to be an excellent food wine; hence it is served in restaurants in New Zealand, Australia and in the United Kingdom. Bold and elegant, the 2021 ‘Back Block’ Syrah has a mouthful of wild berries, dark plums, along with pepper, spice and succulent ripe tannins. The dark magenta colour immediately suggests it is from a very good vintage and the flavours are ripe. This 2021 ‘Back Block’ Syrah - another addition to the legacy. Cellaring: Drinking now and will age nicely for 6-7 years. Food Pairing: An ideal pairing with Beef schnitzel and seasoned mushrooms.
