It is fragrant with mineral and lemon grass notes under pinned with ripe stone fruits. The ‘Barrique Fermented’ Viognier has been a Gold Medal & Trophy winner in the past. This vintage is very good, the 2021 ‘Barrique Fermented’ Viognier should continue the family tradition. Cellaring: Drinking now, and will age nicely for up to 7-8 years. Food Pairing: Ideal pairing with Paua Fritters and pan-seared fillet of fish.
