Marshall Bank Chardonnay 2025 750ml
Handpicked and whole bunch pressed, the 2025 Marshall Bank Chardonnay exhibits generous stonefruit, pear, toast and brioche. The grapes were grown in the Ohiti Valley and had very good sugars at harvest. Time in oak (fifty percent new French oak) was nearly a year, during which batonnage (stirring) occurred. The 2025 Marshall Bank Chardonnay has evolved into a desirable gem. It was Estate Bottled – do enjoy!
