All fruit was hand harvested from our Home Block in the Bridge Pa Triangle mid of May 2021. Golden and fragrant, it is medium bodies, rich and sweet. Dried apricots, almonds and a hint of lime, well balanced acidity and a finely polished finish. Residual sugar 125g/l
