CRU Heretaunga Rosé 2025 750ml

From the cool, elevated Two Terraces Vineyard in Mangatahi, expertly farmed by Linda and Ian Quinn, beautifully ripe Syrah and Viognier grapes were hand-harvested in the cool of the morning, gently pressed, then fermented in stainless steel and seasoned oak barrels. With delicate flavours of fresh berries, meadow herbs with hints of apricot and cinnamon, it’s a gourmand’s dream – versatile and detailed, and able to handle itself in a serious food setting.
