Clos Henri
Estate Pinot Noir 2024 750ml
Our new Estate Range replaces the previously names 'Petit Clos'.
Showing vivacity, concentration and brightness, the Estate wines are crafted from both our glacial stones and windblown clay terroirs. Combining the best nuances of Marlborough and our Sancerre heritage, this organic Pinot Noir is our flagship wine from the Clos Henri estate in Blenheim
When re-imagining the labels, it seemed only fitting to pay tribute to the biodiversity by incorporating the pioneering species of the Marlborough Valley and sharing the story of our commitment to native replanting and re-establishment.
Serve with tapenade stuffed pork fillets, BBQ.

92 - THE REAL REVIEW
"Deep, flinty and smoky aromas lead to restrained but concentrated and flavoursome fruit on the palate. Wild strawberry, sweet herb and pohutukawa tea notes emerge with air. Firm, earthy tannins grip in on the back with a hint of warmth on this serious and brooding wine. There is structure here but also plenty of fruit intensity to outlast it. This mid-weight wine will evolve slowly in the cellar."
92 - WINE ENTHUSIAST
"A few good swirls in the glass allow room for the ripe strawberry, red currant and floral notes to shine amid the more vegetal, earthy ones like asparagus fronds and truffle. The palate is supple and fruity with al dente freshness and ripe—even juicy—tannins."
92 - JAMES SUCKLING
"Lightly cooked strawberries and brambleberries with hints of chocolate and pie crust with some cloves. Medium- to full-bodied, this has chewy, fine tannins and a flavourful finish. Some tar undertones."

This is a captivating blend of elegance and boldness. Offering notes of raspberries, delicate baking spices and a touch of violet on the nose; the palate follows harmoniously with juicy and bright red fruit flavours, intertwined with ripe cherry and red doris plums. Overall, the 2024 is a stand-out vintage of our Estate Pinot Noir, with a satisfying and lengthy finish. This is a vintage to drink now or keep for up to 8 years.
