Hailing from our Otira Glacier Stone terroir, this aged sauvignon is a unique expression of Marlborough. With crisp freshness and acidity still present, the wine is gracefully moving into its tertiary flavors. A must-try for any aged white wine lovers and for those who'd like to try something a bit more rare.
The 2013 has a ripe tropical and citrus bouquet, with underlying flinty minerality. In the mouth the wine is textural and rich from the lees aging with layers of minerals, lime, orange blossom and profound acidity balancing this dry, elegant wine.
