This single vineyard Johanneshof Pinot Noir Rosé 2025 from our home block "Maybern Vineyard" displays a very light rosé colour with heavenly scented aromas of violets, red melon, rhubarb and a touch of almond. With plenty of raspberry and creamy strawberry flavours on the palate, it is a dry but richly textured and soft rosé wine (2.5g/l Rs, 13.0% Alc.).The plush palate finishes with sweet honeydew tones. A very charming & easy-going wine for immediate enjoyment. Drink 2026-2028

This single vineyard Pinot Noir Rosé is made from our steep home block 'Maybern" Vineyard behind our winery. Dry-farmed and narrow planted, growing here is a labour of love, with most work carried out by hand. The notably soft acidity is achieved by carefully monitoring the ripening in the vineyard and choosing the picking time when all components are in balance. Hand harvested like all Johanneshof wines, it is an elegant, yet gutsy wine with a lengthy finish.
