* Single Vineyard wine. Novum. Made by a winemaking couple that live amongst the grapes they grow and wines they craft.

*We focus on making small amounts of very good wine. 

* Fruit grown in a truly great vineyard. Organically managed, 30 year old vines, close planted, producing beautiful concentrated fruit.

* This wine was made in a very traditional way, with very little intervention from us as winemakers. A wine that has great pinosity. 

* Individually dipped in wax. Cellar for up to 8 - 10 years. Very limited quantity. Hand crafted.
