Chardonnay 2025 750ml

* Single Vineyard wine from Riverbrook Vineyard

* Novum. Made by a winemaking couple that live amongst the grapes they grow and wines they craft.

* Fruit sourced from a very old (narly) vines producing the most incredible small, but intensely flavourful bunches of grapes.

* This is a minerally style of chardonnay (burgundian in style), linear but with incredible palate weight. 

* Individually dipped in wax. Cellar for up to 6 - 7 years. Very limited quantity. Handmade.
