Named after the table top motocross jump adjacent to the vineyard and also to acknowledge the ‘table top’ at home being the perfect place for this bottle. Sourced from the famed Gimblett Gravels sub-region with-in Hawkes Bay.

Aroma:

An aromatic blend of green peppercorn and chocolate laced with ripe berry fruits.

Palate:

A full bodied and complex palate displaying flavours of black cherry and dark chocolate with a touch of green chilli. Focused with a cocoa powder like tannin structure and a long toasty finish.
