Winemakers Notes

Sauvignon Blanc was left to hang in the vineyard for an extended period before being handpicked. The fruit was whole bunched pressed and settled, then transferred to older barrels of fermentation and ageing for 4 years.

An explosion of spice, hazelnuts and dried fruit flavours. Luscious on the plate with a clean crisp finish,
