This luscious late harvest dessert wine was hand-picked on the last day of May 2017, from our Redwood Hills vineyard in the Awatere Valley. With an indulgent sweetness (residual sugar of 150g/L) and a lovely line of fresh acidity, this Noble Sauvignon Blanc is a luscious treat and a masterclass in winemaking. 

With its golden yellow colour, the Noble Sauvignon Blanc features beautiful tropical aromas of honeycomb, tropical fruits, and pineapple. On the palate, notes of caramel, melon, nectarine, fig, and citrus stand out. A wine with lovely balance, lingering flavour and acidity. A rich and viscous dessert wine. For a food match, the Noble with crème Brulee, strong pungent cheeses like Roquefort or epoisses, or an indulgent slice of cheesecake.
