Blended from our Pinot Noir clones “Dijon 115”, “777” and “Abel”, this classic Pinot Noir has hints of mild crushed fruits with savoury undertones with a spicy/smoeky finish. It is broad, textural and very approachable.

Hand harvested; 16 days on skins; wild fermented; natural spring malolactic fermentation; 12 months oak maturation (20% new); coarse filtered. 13.2% Alc/Vol.
