Blended from our Pinot Noir clones “Dijon 115”, “777” and “Abel”, this classic Pinot Noir has a satisfying mouthfeel of mild crushed fruits with savoury undertones. Fruit forward, textural and very approachable.
Hand harvested; 16 days on skins; wild fermented; natural spring malolactic fermentation; 12 months oak maturation (20% new); coarse filtered. 13.5% Alc/Vol.
