Moutere Pinot Gris 2023 750ml

A true single vineyard wine “one clone/one block”. Made from our Pinot Gris “Alsace 457” clone, this is a gentle wine that offers crisp, ripe pear and citrus notes with background spice and a slightly off-dry finish. The perfect white for both casual and fine dining.

Whole bunch pressed; stainless steel tank fermentation using aromatic yeast; kept on “fine lees” post fermentation (3 months). 13.0% Alc/Vol.
