Moutere Sou'Wester Pinot Noir 2022 750ml

An aromatic lighter weight Pinot with forward cherry and plum fruit notes, transitioning to delicate savoury notes with a dry finish.  The same blend of clones as our Rosé and quite different to our more complex Pinot 2019 and 2020 (labelled as the "Nor'Easter" from 2021 vintage onward).

Carrying an alcohol level of 12.5% this is a lovely Pinot for lunch, afternoon and aperitif !  During the summer months it can be enjoyed with a cool temperature edge, say 45 minutes regrigerated.
