Blended from our Chardonnay clones “Mendoza”, “95” and “15”, this elegant Chardonnay reflects crushed peach and nectarine notes with a hint of citrus. It is elegant and subtle with restrained oak influence, fine acidity and a luscious long finish. A classic Moutere Chardonnay!
Hand harvested; wild fermented; 9 months French oak maturation (15% new); coarse filtered; 13.5% Alc/Vol.
