Premium fruit parcels were hand-picked and selected by our Winemaker to craft this Single Vineyard wine that is a true representation of our boutique Bannockburn Vineyard.
This lovely eight year old Pinot Noir has fragrant aromas of cherry, red fruits, violets and a touch of cinnamon. With sweet juicy red fruit and tones of coffee, chocolate and spice, the palate is well rounded with fine tannins and a lovely long flinty finish of smokey plums.
This elegant wine compliments a range of darker meat dishes including lamb, beef, game dishes, salmon, tuna and peking duck.
