Tempranillo grown in the higher elevations of Gibbston allows the finesse of this variety to shine. Bright confectionary notes and maraschino cherry on the nose lead to more savoury characters of fresh cacao and soft leather on the palate. Silky tannins follow through on a finish of raspberry seed and generous acidity.
