Smooth and red-fruited with no sulphur added

100% Pinot Noir from own rooted vines made to express our unique site from which our wines are born.
Hand-harvested, destemmed, and wild fermented from a blend of Pinot Noir clones - 5,6,13. Pressed off after 16 days on skins, and matured in neutral oak barrels for 9 months. Bottled on-site by hand, without any adjustments, fining or filtration. No Sulphur is added.
“The 2022 vintage is mouth-filling, smooth and savoury. Well-balanced with a supple texture and notes of stewed plum, wood smoke, dried mushroom and crabapple jelly. It has a long finish and fine tannins coating the palate.“
