Bannockburn Pinot Blanc 2024 750ml

Our Pinot Blanc is hand-picked then brought to the winery where we crush the fruit to extract flavour from the skin, before it's pressed. Entirely wild fermented in barrel it's bright golden yellow, with white blossom and wet stone aromatics. Lovely balance on the palate, with fresh pineapple, yellow peach and baked green apple fruit notes, alongside a hint of pine needles. Lively, bright with a velvety phenolic mouthfeel. Moreish and engaging.

Aromatic and enticing with a lifted white spice and white nectarine beginning, aromas of lemon and crisp green pear then apple and a stony mineral undertone. Crisp and dry, fresh and saline with a floral, citrus and white fleshed fruits core. Well made and taut, a backbone of acidity and salivating effects lead to a poised yet lengthy finish. Best drinking from 2026 through 2032+. A good alternative to Pinot Gris and Riesling when needed.
