Our Le Pét-Nat is a celebration of spontaneity — bottled mid-way through ferment to capture the lively bubbles formed naturally, resulting in a wine that is both playful and pure. The  label features ‘Poppy’ by Wānaka-based artist Sierra Roberts, part of her Frida Collection. The artwork, adorned with wild poppies and thyme, celebrates femininity and the fleeting beauty of life — a fitting reflection of the landscape that surrounds Carrick each spring, when colour and vitality return to the Bannockburn hills.
