Josephine takes its name from the decorative name for the Carrick Bend knot — known to sailors as the “Josephine.” Strong, elegant, and beautifully tied, it’s a fitting symbol for this special wine.

Josephine is our reserve Riesling, crafted from the very first pick of Arthur’s Vineyard. Only the best bunches are hand selected and delivered straight to the winery. The sweetest wine in the range, it’s made in a medium-sweet, Mosel-esque style — pure and expressive.
