Our Vintage 2014 Blanc de Blancs' style comes from exceptional fruit, delicate treatment in the winery and 56 months in bottle before disgorgement. The palate has an energy that resonates through demure creaminess. The Chardonnay is treated very gently, being hand picked and whole bunch pressed on a very slow, long press cycle. Anything above 500L/tonne is not included. The base wine is barrel fermented in old French oak. The wine spends 56 months on lees in bottle before disgorgement.
