Welcome to Grey Ridge Vineyard

Grey Ridge vineyard is a beautiful property where you can enjoy amazing views at the same time as tasting our selection of exclusive wines.  It is a convenient 5 minute drive from both Clyde and Alexandra, in Central Otago, NZ.  

Our Cellar Door is open every day, so come on over for a tasting experience, which is always conducted by either Paul or Sue (the owners). We love talking about the vineyard, the grapes and the wine, and are convinced that the beauty of our surroundings affects the wonderful taste of our wines :)

With only four hectares of Pinot Noir grapes, planted in about 2002, Grey Ridge is a classic Boutique vineyard.  Our focus is on quality rather than quantity, so all of our grapes are hand tended and hand picked, ensuring that only the best fruit is harvested.  

Grey Ridge is a purely Pinot Noir vineyard but Antony Worch (our winemaker) produces four very different and intriguing wines:

A fresh and complex "Alchemy" White Pinot Noir (Blanc de Noir),

A slightly dry and  super-tasty "Horizon" Pinot Noir Rosé

and two styles of classic Pinot Noir...

"Gravity"  top-quality-drink-it-now Pinot Noir

and 

the smooth and rich Reserve Pinot Noir.
