Mt Difficulty Bannockburn Pinot Noir Rosé 2026 has delicate white florals that lead into classic strawberry and cherry fruit, complemented by a savoury saline note reminiscent of nori. The palate is dry and serious, with layers of red fruit, shortbread and vanilla cream. Lees ageing and barrel fermentation bring richness, weight and texture through the mid-palate, balanced by a long, dry finish. A beautifully structured, food-friendly rosé.
