Left to macerate overnight to get all the goodness of the Pinot Noir skins, this Rosé captures everything that is good about Summer. Dry, spicy, vibrant and bursting with fruit flavours. We carry out the méthode traditionnelle entire process by hand in our winery.

Vivid, clear ruby with a vigorous, persistent mousse. An arrestingly perfumed nose of cranberry, dark cherry and raspberry – almost as intense as a light red wine – is wrapped in layers of bay leaf, blonde tobacco and rhubarb brioche. The palate is powerfully fruity and primary, displaying long flavours of candied red fruit which eventually give way to a completely dry finish with dollops of cinnamon, clove and even cracked pepper. Lurking underneath this is a salinity and restrained earthiness which is well-hidden by the wine's primary power. The intensity of everything here is ramped up beyond your usual méthode traditionnelle and though it 'could' be enjoyed now for its immediate, flamboyant bright fruit, it would be more rewarding giving it some time in the bottle to unfold and reveal its latent complexity
