Les Violettes is always made with 100% whole bunch fruits from the parcel and clone(s) which we believe the best in Pinot Noir blocks of our Pisa Vineyard. Only made in the limited volume with 2 to 4 barrels every year. Indeed, Les Violettes is the fruits of the union of the 2 elements; our passion for making great Pinot Noir wines and our appreciation to the great vignerons in France from whom we learned a lot about winemaking. This wine expresses more dimentions and the layers of flavours.
