The medium-bodied palate combines vibrant red and dark fruit with layers of wild Thyme and vanilla bean. Subtle, refined tannins provide an elegant structure, blending seamlessly with notes of black currant, liquorice and distinctive Central Otago spice. The result is a beautifully balanced wine with a long, lingering finish.
