Welcome to Wooing Tree's e-cellar door

Award winning Wooing Tree is a family owned Central Otago single vineyard in Cromwell, specialising in Pinot Noir and the famous Blondie. Our vineyard Pink Moon is nestled below the Pisa Ranges, with our Cellar Door to be located in the centre of Cromwell opposite the big fruit sculpture, due to open Summer 2024.

Our Award winning wines are predominately made from Pinot Noir including Blondie, Rose and a bubbles – Blondie & Co, we also produce Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gewurtzraminer and two late harvest wines to round out our portfolio.

Our name has come from The Wooing Tree which is a local landmark that sat prominently in the middle of the original vineyard. The tree has long been a popular place for locals to woo their lovers, featuring in many couples love stories. The Wooing Tree is in its original location surrounded by parklands in the Wooing Tree Estate, where our new Cellar Door will be located with the perfect view of the tree.
