100% coastal Waiheke single site. A ‘one off’ tribute to the great Chateau Cheval Blanc in St Emilion near Pomerol where winemaker Luc once worked. A proprietary blend of Cabernet Franc 63%, Merlot 23%, Petit Verdot 8% and Cabernet Sauvignon 6%. 16 months in new french barriques. Unfined and minimally filtered. There will never be another wine quite like this.
