100% Waiheke coastal site "The 8 vineyard". Hand tended vines and low yield assist us in producing this weighty and dry Rose. Several harvests across the ripening spectrum and raised 8 months on yeast lees, ensure balance and broad flavour profiles. Not a biproduct of red winemaking this is serious and focused purpose grown Rosé. Great summer supping. Lightly chill.
