Zell Chardonnay 2021 750ml

Sourced from select parcels of our vinyard on Waiheke Island, this wine was whole bunmch pressed and barrel fermented with indigenous yeast in 20% new French oak. Malo-lactic fermentation and careful lees stirring built richness and texture. Aromas of citrus blossom, stone fruit, grilled lime and freshly baked pastry lead to a vibrant, finely balanced palate with a long, lingering finish.
