Our northeast-facing slopes maximise the morning sunshine, encouraging a gentler, more controlled ripening phase. This results in a wine that exudes freshness, with aromas of orange blossom, apricot, and citrus. The palate reveals layers of cashew and subtle toast.

A wine that drinks beautifully on release, it also rewards cellaring—evolving rich tones of beeswax and honey as it matures.
