Reserve Blanc de Blanc 2022 2022 750ml

This December, we welcome our first Obsidian Reserve Blanc de Blancs 2022. Early picking and the gentle influence of our coastal site have shaped a wine that is true to classic Blanc de Blancs style. Bright aromas of green apple, grapefruit and lemon are lifted by a delicate floral note and a whisper of sea salt — poetically aligning with the oyster-shell minerality often found in cooler-climate expressions. The base wine rested 24 months sur lie before disgorgement, developing layers of subtle ginger, cinnamon and pastry. Finished with a 1 g/L dosage, it is precise, elegant and resolutely dry.
