This edition of Rosso is cut purely from Hawkes Bay grown Syrah. Designed for relaxed Summer drinking, chill and enjoy with light Summer fare.
We've taken a major component and picked it early for freshness and modest alcohol, then given it a very short soak with skins so as to moderate tannin extraction.
The resulting wine is fresh and crunchy as desired with a feel reminiscent of freshly picked berries. Enjoy in the heat this summer or next with good food and friends.
