Light bright yellow Citrusy and fresh with some lemon zest apple and floral notes and a light influence of oak

The 20% skin contact gives some light notes of straw, hay and nuts on the palate well balanced with a good acidity that keeps the wine fresh and alive.

Stainless steel fermentation and aged for 9 months in old French barriques.
